Journey to Inner Space: Awaken to Your Cells' Wisdom
The Journey to your Inner Space - cells, senses, mind, and spirit - will enliven you, your health, and well-being. Providing resources to liberate joy  and pleasure in your life; to improve daily habits; and, to lessen stress, it will also deliver knowledge of cell biology, how the brain changes, and  body-mind-spirit medicine to activate your cells to better communicate and collaborate. Explore and enlist the remarkable abilities of your trillions of cell allies every day for a more joyful journey.

Probing the power of your senses to create and anchor new behaviors, enables your cells and body to be most productive for ‘Walking in Balance’ each day. To communicate with your cells will lead to an exciting discovery of neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to change itself. Embodying the wisdom inherent within you connects the body, mind, and Spirit to maximize energy for daily living, and greatly enhance abilities to heal.

Guided visualizations and experiential explorations will enrich the learning experience along with compelling visual presentations and engaging lecture material.
